Hello Galvanize community,
On behalf of all of us at Galvanize, I wanted to reach out and let you know that we're committed to being proactive and responsive as the global COVID-19 situation evolves. We are leaning on our Pandemic Response Plan in conjunction with our Business Continuity Plan to ensure the continued, uninterrupted delivery of services from multiple geographical locations.
Just like you, we're responding to a near-unpredictable event
Over the weekend, we pulled together a super talented team of Galvanites to build and implement an organization-wide HighBond continuous risk monitoring system. We're now in the process of aggregating, automating, and analyzing data on infection rates, site/office safety certifications, suspected case/self-isolation reporting, and government mandate tracking, among other factors. The system also allows us to keep a real-time watch on our own organization, including customer engagement, workforce productivity, financial contingency, reputation risk, and other key data points.
When the team walked me through what they are building, I was really inspired! It will be something I can take directly to the board and use to support truly transparent and straightforward discussions around our pandemic risk management.
We're excited to share what we learn
We're doing this to help guide our decisions internally, document the situation, and deploy a standardized and measured response. This is the first time we've ever had to deal with something like this, so over the coming weeks and months, we will be sharing our findings and insights in blogs, eBooks, webinars, and in a session at Galvanize Virtual Summit 2020. Because we also want this to be a resource for you—to help you measure, monitor, manage, and respond to the risks in your organization.
We want to hear what you're doing
We'd love to hear how you're dealing with this situation. Do you have any unique ways that you're using data and tools to be proactive and responsive to this evolving pandemic? We'll be sure to include plenty of time for discussion on our webinars and at our Virtual Summit session.
Take care of yourself and each other
Today more than I can ever remember, I feel bonded to our community and this challenge has reinforced how important it is for us to reach out, to share our learning, and above all, to be our best selves. We're thinking of you as the impacts of COVID-19 unfold and will continue to communicate as new insights develop. In the meantime, don’t hesitate to reach out to us with questions or concerns.
