Anita Esa, Head of Group Risk Management is responsible for the leadership, innovation, governance and
management necessary to identify, evaluate, mitigate and monitor the company’s operational and strategic risk.
She and her team establish the company’s Enterprise Risk Management architecture and oversee or monitor all risk
management activities of the organization. Their main goals? Ensure the company can meet its obligations for all
stakeholders and build a risk awareness culture.
